Easter was so wonderful. We did the traditional Easter egg dyeing and decorating the day before. The boys loved it, as expected. I don't really talk about the Easter bunny that much. For some reason, I don't feel like it's necessary to have an Easter bunny for this holiday. So we focused even more on the resurrection and the true meaning of Easter. As the boys get older I find myself toning it down with the "extras" that holidays bring. This Easter felt more spiritual and uplifting and it was a wonderful time to remember the resurrection as well as the gift of forever families.
I am eternally grateful for my forever family!!
