We did a little birthday party for Graham with some of our friends. It was so fun to get together and have Graham be surrounded by people who love him, most who've known him since birth. He is super loved by everyone.
I didn't want to go overboard or anything so I kept it simple with an ABC theme. I didn't go literal with the theme, but instead kept the decor boyish, babyish, and a little bit of vintage. I had two stations for the kids to play at: a letter hunt and cookie decorating. I made him a strawberry cake in the letter G and we served a light dinner. I loved the picture display of Graham from birth to one year and my favorite part of the decor was the book page garland I sewed with the letters of his name. We had a photo booth area where everyone's families last initials were there to hold up as well as a few party hats. I really wanted to document each family who came to celebrate with us. It was really fun to prepare and even more fun when we celebrated. I love my sweet boy and loved doing this for him. I still can't believe he is ONE!
