Roommates Forever!

On Friday we spent the night at Kate and Derek's cabin. Kate, Kari and I were roommates for a couple of years right before we got married. So pretty much we are best friends. Since our lives are so crazy and busy we rarely get to hang out. So this little overnighter was a perfect way to catch up. We have way too much fun together. It was just like old times. The boys hung out in one room, while the girls had plenty "girl talk" in another room. It totally reminded me of the old times where hanging out in the kitchen in our PJ's was a regular, pumpkin pancakes were eaten often and laughing pretty much happened daily. I love these girls! And to share some more exiting news: Kari and Jake are expecting their first baby!! Once again we get to enjoy the beautiful moments of life together.
