With my mom in town, we decided to go to a place called Fetal Fotos to find out if we're having a boy or a girl a little bit early. Our "real" ultrasound is in just 2 weeks, but I really wanted my mom to be able to share this special day with us. So lucky us, we got to find out early!! And it's a boy!! We couldn't be happier. I can't wait to have a little Tyson running around! This was also our first time seeing our baby. It was so amazing to actually be able to see him....it was kind of surreal. Of course I started to cry, but the feelings were so overwhelming. I am now even more attached to our baby boy. During the ultrasound he was being a little stinker because he had his legs "Indian style." So the tech tried all sorts of things to get his legs to open up so we could figure it out. I decided he might just be stubborn like his dad! :) But finally after about 20 or so minutes he decided to stretch out and let us see that he was a boy. Now we get to go shopping for all of the fun baby stuff for a boy!!

yeay. i am so excited for you. A boy! that is so fun. We are having one too, we are a month behind you. Our due date is the 5th of February. And so I am just taking my step into the second trimester. Hope all goes well. This is so exciting!
