So my sister just sent me this email about the food that people eat in Beijing. I think it pretty much made me throw up in my mouth. Dog liver? Goat lungs? Dung Beetle? "Dung" what does that mean anyway?? I could never live there and stay alive at the same time. How do people eat scorpions? I guess I am just not an "adventurous" eater. I think I will stick to my cookies and chicken for now.

Haven't you watched the animal planet? Dung beetles are the beetles that eat poop. They also like to role up poop into balls which they bury in tunnels.
